What a Loan Signing With Us Looks Like

​Before the appointment. We read through the loan package and your instructions ahead of time so nothing catches us off guard. We print on the correct letter and legal paper, make a second set if you need one, and show up on time.

At the table. We check ID for every signer, go through the pages in order, and show them each spot that needs a signature, initial, or date. We complete the notarizations and fill out any checklist that came with the file. Before we leave, we go through the whole package one more time. One missed initial can hold up funding, so we never skip this step.

If a signer has questions. We can explain what a document is and where to sign. We don’t give legal or financial advice. If someone asks about their loan terms or whether they should sign, we pause and help them reach the lender, escrow officer, title rep, or attorney. A ten minute call is better than a problem at funding.

After the signing. We send scanbacks if required, update your portal or signing platform, and drop the originals at FedEx, UPS, or your carrier before the cutoff.
